The Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) is a national joint committee responsible for the development, production, and review of standard Canadian construction contracts, forms, and guides.
This committee (CCDC) was formed in 1974 and includes two construction owner representatives from each of the public and private sectors, as well as representative from the following four national organizations: Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – Canada; Canadian Construction Association; Construction Specifications Canada; and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. All CCDC Documents are endorsed by these national organizations.
