Clients want the project they are paying for as articulated in their drawings and specifications. An effective Quality Mangement system will help build the project right the first time and greatly reduce rework during the construction phase and reduce warranty callouts after total performance.
What the course will cover:
- Introduction to Quality Management
- Contractor's Review
- Quality Management Planning
- Preconstruction Conference and Coordination Meeting
- Managing the quality of Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Quality Management during construction
- Making the system work
Successful completion of this course will result in one Gold Seal Credit.
